ALL OUR ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING WORLDWIDE and will be sent via airmail shipping taking between 5-14 days depending on where you are in the world.

WE CHARGE A SINGLE FLAT RATE OF POSTAGE PER ORDER; so no matter how many items you purchase, how large or small they are, or how cheap or expensive, you will still just pay one flat rate of postage per order! So please feel confident in adding more items to your basket without the risk of postage costs increasing!

Our basic standard rates of postage per order are 99p for the UK, £3.99 for people in Europe and £4.99 for people in the rest of the world.

In addition to the standard postage we also offer an upgrade option to international buyer of TRACKED & SIGNED FOR POSTAGE for an additional £5 per order, this will provide you with slightly faster priority shipping, full insurance and extra security for your order. Although this is completely optional, it is recommended for customers placing orders of over £100.

We post out orders at least twice a week on a TUESDAY AND FRIDAY through Royal Mail business post; though we often add additional days throughout the week as and when we can. The cut off for orders if you wish to make either of those postage days is 3pm Tuesday & 3pm Friday, though we will process all orders made after that time ASAP as well.

PAYMENTS

We accept most payment options including all major credit and debit cards processed through our PayPal Express operated checkout system which provides guaranteed safety and security. In addition to credit and debit cards we also accept PayPal itself, again through our secure PayPal checkout system.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

For UK buyers, we also have the option for you to pay via cheque or postal orders in Pounds Sterling. For more information on this option, please just select the Cheque / Postal Order option on the checkout and it will come up with all the relevant information and instructions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques from international customers.

 

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We are pleased to offer a 7 day cancellation policy from your receipt of the items. So if you change your mind for whatever reason please contact us within 7 days and we will refund you as soon as the item(s) have been returned to us. So if you wish to make a return please just contact us and we will arrange this with you.

PLEASE NOTE: when returning an item, you are responsible for the item until it reaches us so we recommend that you choose a postage method that insures you for the value of the goods. The item(s) must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were sent and not have been damaged, tampered with or swapped for a substitute.
